ADD TRANSITION IN POWERPOINT SLIDES

Hello friends,

Today I will tell you how we insert different transitions in power point slides. There are mainly three type of transition used in power point

Subtle transition is used for simple animation.

Exciting transition is used for complex animation.

Dynamic transition used to unify slides.

Steps to insert transition 

1. Select any slide where we need to insert transition.
2. After that click on transition tab and select desired design.
3. Click transition to apply.

 

    We can also apply same transition to all slides at one time by select apply to all icon. I found one interesting video that show how we can use transition feature in PowerPoint. The link of video is given below.

Add picture and video clips in presentation

Hello everyone,

I found another interesting feature in PowerPoint. We can insert picture, video and audio into our presentation to look it great. This feature helps the presenter to show his clear idea to audience. There are few step to do it. These are given below

Picture: -

1.    Click on insert tab from ribbon and then click on picture command.
2.   A dialog box appear on the screen.
3. Select picture from computer and then click insert button.

Video: -

1.   Click on insert tab and then click on video command.
2.   A dialog box appear on screen and then select location of your video.
3.    Last click on insert button.

We can also insert picture and video shortcut from the placeholder content. Its look like

How to add a comment in presentation

Hello everyone,

Today I would like to tell another interesting feature of PowerPoint that is comment. If you want to write some note or key words that important for your presentation and also to comment to someone about their presentation. The best way is comment command. You can insert a comment by following the steps

·         Click on review tab

·         Select new comment option and box appear on the screen.

·         Write anything that you want.

·         We can also put comment from insert tab.

   

We can also edit and delete our comment. It is same process like select comment that you want to edit and click on edit button and also delete same as

Best uses of Header and Footer in Presentation

Hello friends,

Now in this post I will tell you something interesting. We can also add different presentation's title, name of the presentation maker, and we can also insert date and time. Moreover slides numbers and notes pages can be put into our presentation. For doing it different steps are below.

     1.   First click on insert tab and then select custom header and footer icon.

     2.    Then select the footer note and insert and text.

     3.    After done all work click on apply to all tab.

Add SmartArt graphics

Hello friends,

Today I will tell you how we add smart art graphics in the presentation to make it more attractive. There are different ways to do so.

 To add SmartArt you can either directly select the right mouse button or get it from the list or you can also use ribbon for it. For that select the insert menu and then click on the SmartArt graphics icon. There are different type of graphics in it. We always have to choose the right one that relate to our thought.

If you need more shapes in the overall SmartArt diagram it is easy to add them. You can add shapes by using the ribbon or through the text pane. Moreover we can use different color options in it.

So I think it is very interesting topic for everyone to make their presentation best and impressive. I will tell you more about PowerPoint in next update.
